As coaches, we may question the value of our services when we are “just listening”.  How can we get more comfortable in silence and give great value to our clients?

Join Laura Janusik, also known as DrJListen, as she unpacks some of the researched benefits of silence and strategies to use it with confidence. Opportunities for practice in break out rooms will be provided. This presentation has something for both beginning and advanced coaches.
