Join co-facilitators, Marguerite LeBlanc of The Leaders Kitchen and Linda Maul of Accountability by Design, to explore the context and competencies of team coaching in this interactive session.
In this interactive session, our facilitators will contrast systemic team coaching and individual coaching, explore the main issues team coaching helps solve, and consider how to recognize a situation where team coaching is the best solution a coach can offer.
Marguerite is part of the inaugural group of 141 people from 40 countries having completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching in 2022. Linda has been a student of team coaching approaches for several years. Both Marguerite and Linda hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through ICF.

Who this session is for
This session is for all coaches who want to deepen their knowledge of coaching competencies from a systemic perspective. The latest ICF Core Competencies sit on a foundation of a systemic approach to coaching, hence learning about systemic team coaching supports all coaches in their development.
Speaker bios
Marguerite LeBlanc is the founder of The Leaders Kitchen. She has coached individuals and teams for more than 2200 hours and especially appreciates the complexity of coaching teams. As a PCC level coach, Certified Facilitator of Family and System Constellations and a Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner, Marguerite has integrated trauma sensitive approaches to support individual and team clients as they have transformed their lives, teams and organizations. Marguerite has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and several designations.
Linda Maul is the founder of several companies, her most recent, Accountabilityby Design, in 2018. Linda has been a student of systems thinking and team coaching for many years and integrates her learning in her work with clients to support their sustained growth. As a PCC level coach, Linda is known for her gentle voice and big stick approach, and her clients appreciate her accountability lens and the emphasis on building relationship through having effective conversations.
Recently, Marguerite and Linda and their respective firms, were named among the Top 10 Emerging Coaching Companies in Canada by Manage HR. They are especially honoured with this award because they were nominated by a client.
Together, Marguerite and Linda have co-coached teams and designed and delivered leadership training to clients in business and government agencies across Canada.
