Holiday Mixer: Ha, Ha, Holidays

Join us for a night of virtual connection, holiday cheer and … Improv!

Gather with your fellow coaches and let your inner comedian out to play. Fun, love, and connection are what we need now more than ever. Sharpen your wit as you learn how to react to the audience and read other people. No special props or equipment needed–just your imagination and the courage to step out of your comfort zone.

Your hosts, Pauline Melnyk (ICF Edmonton Treasurer) and Brooke Sophia, will guide you through this fun evening. We’re sure to have a lot of laughs as we celebrate the holidays, and our improvisation skills.

Come dressed in your holiday wear (Rudolph Nose anyone?), with your favourite holiday drink and snack in hand.

About the facilitator

Brooke Sophia, PCC, is an iPEC certified coach and seasoned improvisation actor. She co-founded the Elizabeth St. Improv Company in Okotoks and is a member of the Kinkonauts: Calgary’s Improv Lab.
