Join Joanne Bergos, Tami Dowler-Coltman and Greg Dowler-Coltman in an exploration of the updated ICF Core Competencies. In this highly interactive and reflective session, we will consider the essence of the updated competencies. Participants will have an opportunity to explore the current and updated ICF Core Competencies with fellow coaches, and consider their practical and philosophical impact on our work.

Participants takeaways:

  • Understand the evolution of the current to updated ICF core competencies of the coaching profession.
  • Explore and reflect on the essence of the shift from current to updated ICF Core Competencies.
  • Consider the integration of the updated core competencies into our coaching practice.

Joanne Bergos, BEd, MEd, CEC, PCC

With more than 30 years of leadership, Joanne’s clients include the Government of Canada, local civic leaders, educational and business leaders.

Tami Dowler-Coltman, BEd, MEd. CEC, ACC

Tami’s coaching is deeply rooted in a lifelong commitment to grow capacity, confidence, creativity and wisdom. With more than 25 years of leadership in arts and education, Tami’s clients come from the education, Arts, and Tech sector, and include authors, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, educational leaders, film and TV composers, musicians, visual artists, directors, and tech company executives.

Greg Dowler-Coltman, BFA, BEd, CEC, ACC

Greg embraces life as an experiment, in which we are invited to listen, explore and build stories that move us forward. With more than 25 years working professionally in leadership roles in theatre and arts education, Greg’s clients include entrepreneurs, post-secondary professors, musicians, film makers and executives from the tech industry.
