Join us as we kick off International Coaching Week 2021 with ICF Edmonton Past President, Sarah Thomas.
The neuroscience of coaching is often used to describe why and how coaching works. This session will unpack and explore more recent advancements in neuroscience and how this expanding knowledge is steering away from the more popularized concepts of how the brain works and evolved. From this foundation of understanding we will begin to paint the picture of why this might matter to our clients and to coaching.
