THE ICF EDMONTON COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
In the spirit of building and supporting our local coaching community, ICF Edmonton has launched a community of practice that will support the professional development of our membership. A community of practice (CP) is a group of individuals with a shared interest in a topic (in this case, coaching) and a desire to advance their professional development, deepen their subject-matter expertise, share best practices, and discuss emerging trends, tools and tips.
These informal and organic conversations are steered by a volunteer leader who helps facilitate the learning and organizes the conversations, ideas, and trends that emerge from the group. CPs are designed to promote active participation from their members – sharing and discussion is always encouraged. All are welcome!
Outgoing, two-term board member, Lisa Shepert, PCC, CPCC, will lead and coordinate the inaugural year of the ICF Edmonton Chapter CP.
Cost: $10 for ICF Edmonton members
