Understanding Vulnerability
Vulnerability is popping up everywhere in conversations about relationships, parenting, leadership, business, and coaching. In this workshop, we’ll explore what vulnerability is and why it is so important. We’ll also dig into what it isn’t, and why there are so many strong feelings around this very important skill set.
Informed by Brené Brown’s work in Dare to Lead, we’ll explore the edges of vulnerability and why a deep awareness of vulnerability is essential for our clients and ourselves. Each of our core competencies is, at their essence, vulnerable. Attend this webinar to explore the concept of vulnerability – the skillset that is at the core of everything we, and our clients, both desire and fear.
Webinar Outcomes
Alana Peters, PCC
Alana is a certified Dare to Lead facilitator. With nearly 30 years of teaching and ministry experience, she’s seen and experienced the many faces of vulnerability from a front-row seat. Discovering coaching was the beginning of a new kind of conversation and a new kind of caring for herself and others. Discovering Brené Brown’s work on vulnerability helped to answer many of the questions she wished she’d known to ask thirty years ago. Alana’s approach to life and coaching is informed by her awareness of vulnerability, courage, compassion, and connection.
