With over ten years experience facilitating, coaching, training and speaking on communication skills to create psychologically safe workplaces in demanding environments, Tammy Dunnett partners with leaders and organizations to leverage the power of relationships to drive productivity, outcomes, and results.
Tammy has experience working in challenging and even hostile environments like Afghanistan, healthcare, and post secondary education, and knows what leaders need to do to be successful in high stress environments.
As an executive leadership coach and experienced facilitator with more than 5000 hours training and speaking with leaders at all levels, Tammy has personally supported leaders in post secondary education, healthcare, government, technology, legal system, and human resources in Canada and the United States to improve work cultures, build trust, and improve retention rates.
Tammy holds designations as a certified professional coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and a Masters in Nursing (Education) with a focus on Workplace Bullying. She holds specialty training in Emotional Intelligence, Personality Assessments. Communication Skills, Boss Whispering, Positive Intelligence, and Psychological Health and Safety.
